Payment and Shipping

JChannel makes sure you, as customer is comfortable in ANY way.

We provide the cheapest, fastest & most reliable courier services to all our customers! It depends on the items, locations and weight (Shipping), otherwise we pass items to you personally. 



Terms of payment include:

(1) Banking (Before banking, please send a mail to jchannel@live.com.my)

(1) We will only ship our products after full payment is received / Give personally.

(2) Online orders/payment made after 10.30 am will be processed on the next working day, so please do not rush.

(3) Prices on sites are fixed. No negotiations.

(4) We won't be in charge for any colour differences (it may be due to screen/sunlight/monitor).

(5) Difference in measurement (Please do be careful when measuring!).

(6) We will not be liable for ANY consequential losses due to delay in delivery.

JChannel believes that their goods on sale is 100% of superb quality. ​
